Laletha Nithiyanandan
Laletha Nithiyanandan (Lita) is the founder of the Behavioural Consulting Group. She has extensive business experience in the Asia-Pacific region. She and her team actively work with Clients to provide long term, sustainable solutions. Lita is a prominent member of the talent solutions and HR consulting profession. She sits on the advisory board of the Asia Institute of Mentoring. She is also Executive Director and a board member of the Base of the Pyramid (BoP) Hub. She also sits on the board of the HR faculty of the Singapore University of Social Sciences.
Lita is a strategist and an entrepreneur at heart. She is an idea generator as she can see through complex problems to find solutions that are holistic in nature. She is a firm advocate of ethical business and human centric design. She believes that leaders and businesses have a responsibility to make a positive impact to the communities they operate within. She sees doing good business as an important enabler in changing the world for the better. She has an inclusive manner in drawing active participation from the groups and senior leaders she works with. Her strong background in the practical application of behavioural science and several other modalities in the business has helped her Clients add another dimension to Key Performance Indicators ( KPI’s) in the form of Key Behaviour Indicators (KBI’s) in managing performance effectively and in real time.
Monica Menon
Monica is a pedagogy expert and plays an active part in designing programs, frameworks and models for the group. In addition to background in education and in teaching educators how to train, she has extensive experience in coaching educators and individuals with learning difficulties. This has enabled her to design inclusive programs for our clients.
Monica’s experience in working with clients in Asia and her ability to converse in several languages makes it easy for her to connect with her clients and coachees.
Monica is also a trained and board certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and she also has uses Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) in her work. She is passionate about learning and growth for herself and her clients. She also sits on the Advisory Board of the Asia Institute of Mentoring (AIM) and was instrumental in developing their mentoring framework for AIM.
Dhirendra Shantilal
With 40 years of experience in the talent management and recruitment industry, Dhiren has developed and managed operations across multiple countries and territories in the Asia Pacific Middle East region. His experience also extends to managing staffing and recruitment operations in Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico and certain parts of Europe.
Previously a co-founder of Business Trends, he led the strategic integration of Business Trends and BTI Executive Search with Kelly Services in the year 2000. Dhiren spearheaded extensive growth into China and India through acquisitions and JV projects in all of the business he managed. He is an experienced negotiator and a leader with extensive C-Suite and board level experience.
He is often consulted by the media as an opinion leader within the talent acquisition and workforce solutions space. He is an active member of the Franchising and Licensing Association (Singapore). He is sought after by Clients for his sharp and clear insights on leadership alignment and ROI.
Chan Hock Lye
Hock Lye is an experienced senior executive with proven track record in business growth, organisational building and development, joint-venture and partnership management, operations management, green-field project development and delivery.
He has more than 22 years experience in Industrial Minerals, Engineering, Petrochemical & Construction industries, Hock Lye has developed and managed businesses across 10 countries in Asia. Hock Lye is the co-founder and CEO of a Whoosh5, an e-coaching company. He also facilitates mentoring training programmes for the Asia Institute Of Mentoring.
Kate Lazarenko
Kate has 14 years of international experience of working in digital health/IT space. Having worked on various IT projects and implementations in the healthcare ecosystem, she is passionate about utilising digital channels to deliver change and transformation from a patients’ perspective. This translated into using user centred design to enable various organisations to find efficient and cost-effective ways to transform their business, products and services in the healthcare space.
As a consultant, she has worked with small & medium size enterprises, large consulting firms, research agencies, as well as universities. The range of projects varies from organising and running workshops to joining client’s delivery teams on specific engagements. Kate is also an adjunct lecturer at the Smart Health Leadership Centre at the National University of Singapore’s Institute of Systems Science, where she teaches digital leadership and health service transformation programmes. She is a big believer of facilitated solutioning and design thinking.
Dilip Shankar
Dilip has been facilitating human-centered thinking for over 20 years and is a partner at the Centre of Gravity based on the idea that people sit at the core of every organisation and that this human potential needs to be harnessed.
He believes that if you need to find sustainable long-term solutions to complex business and social problems, then you need to put the human being at the centre of solution-creation. Dilip has applied this simple but powerful thinking process across all clients and sectors and has found it to be extremely successful across the board. He often works with leadership teams helping them to see the human side of their business, product and customers. He has a strong marketing and business background, and he uses this lens when dealing with customers so that they stay focussed on the core of their business. His human centeredness comes through all the programmes he facilitates.
